Wow, thanks for the updated pics; how both the energy and the stillness jump out at me from my desktop portal...my heart is beating faster! Too, too beautiful for words. Much 'Sthira Sukham Asanam' found within methinks, at Stillpoint. Om shanti, from my middle. Sandra x

What a great experience to be part of the first week of Stillpoint Yoga Retreat. Gretchen and I are still riding the wave of inspiration we got during our time there. We look at the pictures and can't get over how beautiful the area and Retreat are. We can't wait to come back. Much Love, David K.

My mother Theresa B. Leeke is the first green living woman I ever met. Mommy taught my three brothers and I how to create beautiful gardens, plant seeds, and watch them grow into flowers, fruits, and vegetables. She also encouraged us to play in the dirt and explore our backyard for rocks, insects, butterflies, snails, and other living creatures. She gave us an opportunity to learn firsthand about honoring Mother earth. That's why I am a passionate tree hugger, rock collector, nature explorer, and yogini who loves to practice yoga and meditate in parks and on beaches. retreat yoga

In the western world, the most basic and most practiced yoga is Hatha yoga. The Hatha yoga originates from the Asian country India for more than two thousand years back. Yoga helps to purify mind as well as soul, its fills a wisdom of calmness and helps maintaining strength and litheness in the human body. Hatha is derived from two words HA meaning the sun and THA refers to the moon. The Hatha yoga defines how opposite things can effort as one in human life due to the duality and flexibility of our minds and body. Hatha yoga helps to discover the dualities of meditation and workouts. Hathayoga
