LANDSCAPING




Our days starts with a practice in the sun on our verandah and then on with the gum-boots (wellies) to spend the rest of the day planting. We have started with 200 native shrubs and and will need many more to transform farm to park land.

hi john and lucy, as i couldn't attend all of the classes i wanted to let you know how much i enjoyed the led class.. until my knee decided to give up. your shala looks absolutely fantastic and i will definitely try to get there to extend my astanga yoga experience and knowledge.

Training for Yoga Teachers at a Yoga ashram, or Yoga retreat, is usually complete immersion without any of life’s daily distractions. Chances are there are living quarters for Yoga teacher interns and the staff. yoga teacher training course If you have no family or employer obligations, this is a great way to learn how to become a Yoga teacher. Many Ashrams function like universities, so it is a great atmosphere to study Yoga teacher training.
